How to Complete Your Picture Order
To ensure your picture order is successfully placed, please complete both steps below:

Step 2: Complete your payment using the provided link
Picture Package Details
This is a per-class, per-child cost. Each picture package is valid for one dancer in one class costume only.If your child is enrolled in multiple classes, you will need to purchase a separate picture package for each class you would like photos for.
For siblings, please include each child’s information and their respective picture package selections in the Google Form.
Important: Be sure to select the total number of picture packages being purchased from the dropdown menu in the final question.
